- 2 (5-oz) cans all-white tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup mayonnaise (or to taste)
- 8 slices whole-wheat bread (or rye, or white bread)
1. Combine tuna with finely chopped celery, dill, salt, and mayonnaise.
2. Cut slices of bread into animal shapes.
3. Spread tuna salad on half the slices, top with lettuce, and form into sandwiches.
