• 1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 large ripe banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 (6-ounce) carton vanilla fat-free yogurt

Preparation:

  1. 1. Place first 4 ingredients in a blender; process 1 minute or until smooth. Add yogurt; process 20 to 30 seconds or until blended. Serve immediately.
