• 1 Tbsp oil
  • ½ cup hash browns
  • 2 Tbsp onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp canned green chiles
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Directions:

1. In oil, cook hash browns, onion, and chiles for 1 minute.

2. Add eggs, tsp salt, and tsp pepper.

3. Cook until done, flipping once.
