• 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup reduced-calorie stick margarine
  • 1 (8-ounce) carton plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

  3. 3. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon flour over work surface. Turn dough out onto floured surface; knead lightly 4 or 5 times. Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness; cut into rounds with a 2-inch biscuit cutter. Place biscuits on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes or until golden.
