- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 (3.4-oz) package vanilla instant pudding
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 (8-oz) can crushed pineapple
- Reserved pineapple juice plus enough water to equal 1 cup liquid
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 mashed banana
1. Beat cake mix with vanilla instant pudding, oil, pineapple, pineapple juice and water, eggs, cinnamon, and banana.
2. Pour into a 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean.
