- 1 tablespoon large walnut halves, halved
- 1 1/2 tablespoons whole roasted almonds
- 1 tablespoon each black and golden raisins
- 1 tablespoon unsalted sunflower seeds
Combine the fruit and nuts in a bowl. Pack in a plastic or cello bag. Close with a twisty or a rubber band.
Makes one 2-ounce serving. This recipe can be easily increased.
