• 4 medium baking potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of paprika

1. Cut potatoes in half. Score a crisscross into cut side of each potato half, about ½ inch deep.

2. Spread each half with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan; dust with salt and paprika.

3. Bake, cut side up, at 375°F for 30 minutes.
