• 1cup fresh sliced peaches
  • 1-1/2 cup low-fat or fat-free milk
  • 1/8 tsp almond extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Preparation:

1. Mix peaches, milk, and almond extract in a blender until smooth. Mash raspberries with a fork. Layer milk mixture and raspberries in two glasses.
