• 1 (8-oz box) Goya yellow rice
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 4 spinach or red-pepper wraps


1. Prepare rice according to package directions. While it cooks, sauté garlic in oil 2 minutes. Add beans. Cook on low until hot. Mix beans with rice. Fill wraps with rice-and-bean mixture. Roll up and cut in half.
