- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 slices of Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 slices of deli-style turkey
- Romaine lettuce
- Grated carrots
1. Spread mustard on each of the tortillas.
2. Top tortillas with cheese and turkey.
3. Add romaine lettuce and grated carrots. Roll up tightly. Cut each wrap into thirds.
4. Pack pinwheels with carrot sticks, grapes, a banana, or apple wedges.
