- 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt or unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup unsweetened frozen apple slices
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon or apple pie spice
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (optional)
Directions:
1. In a blender container combine frozen apple slices, yogurt or milk, applesauce and cinnamon or apple pie spice. Cover and blend until smooth.
2. Add water or milk to reach desired consistency. Cover and blend until mixed.
3. Pour into glasses. If desired, sprinkle each serving with an additional cinnamon or flaxseed.
4. Serve immediately.
