- 3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 teaspoons soft unsalted plant-based butter or margarine
- 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or stevia, or monk fruit)
- ½ cup rolled oats (unsweetened)
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Wash and drain the blueberries and place them in a 9 inch pie plate.
3. In a small bowl, use a fork to mix butter, flour, maple syrup, oats, and cinnamon. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the blueberries.
4. Bake for about 25 minutes. Enjoy while warm.
