- 1 (18.25-oz) box yellow cake mix
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/3 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
Directions:
Beat together cake mix, vanilla pudding mix, oil, water, apple juice, and almonds. Pour into 10-inch tube pan; bake at 325°F for 50 minutes. Serve sprinkled with toasted almonds, if desired.
Made the Almond Cake, fell down to nothing but a tough bar like structure. Tasted amazing but a bit hard on the teeth. Next time I will make these as a bar and see if they do better.
