1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup applesauce
1 large egg
1 cup raisins

Directions:

Beat together cake mix, canola oil, apple sauce and egg until creamy. Stir in raisins. Drop batter 1 Tbsp at a time onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes, or until set and golden.
