- 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons ketchup
- 2 slices whole-grain bread
- 2 ounces (about 2 slices) honey-glazed turkey
- 1/2 apple, thinly sliced
- 1 slice Monterey jack cheese
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix the mayonnaise and ketchup together in a small bowl; spread it evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
2. Lay the turkey over the mayonnaise on one slice of bread. Top with the cheese and apple slices. Cover with the other slice of bread, mayonnaise-side down. Cut in half and wrap in aluminum foil.
