• 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3 Tbsp clover honey (may reduce to 1–2 teaspoons honey) (or substitute with 1–2 teaspoons of agave syrup or stevia if preferred)
  • Three 1-inch-thick slices of chilled watermelon, quartered
Directions:
Whisk together the lime juice and honey in a bowl until the honey dissolves. Arrange the watermelon wedges on a large platter and drizzle with the lime-honey dressing in equal measure. Serve immediately.
