- 1 cup chopped Hatch Green Chile
- 1 (8-oz) carton cream cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 12 flour tortillas
Directions:
1. Mix green chile, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Spread over a flour tortilla and roll tightly. Slice into 1½-inch-thick circles. (Tip: It helps to refrigerate rolled tortillas before slicing.)
