- 1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 large ripe banana, sliced and frozen
- 1 (6-ounce) carton vanilla fat-free yogurt
Preparation:
- 1. Place first 4 ingredients in a blender; process 1 minute or until smooth. Add yogurt; process 20 to 30 seconds or until blended. Serve immediately.
