- 1 (14-oz.) can low-sodium, fat-free chicken broth
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking grits
Preparation:
- 1. Bring broth and milk to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat; reduce heat to low, and whisk in 1/2 cup grits. Cook, whisking occasionally, 15 to 20 minutes or until creamy and thickened.
