- 1 Tbsp oil
- ½ cup hash browns
- 2 Tbsp onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp canned green chiles
- 3 eggs, beaten
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Directions:
1. In oil, cook hash browns, onion, and chiles for 1 minute.
2. Add eggs, tsp salt, and tsp pepper.
3. Cook until done, flipping once.
