- 1 cup fresh or frozen peaches
- ½ medium ripe banana
- ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 cup low-fat buttermilk (or low-fat, fat-free plain yogurt)
- 2-3 ice cubes
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
2. Serve immediately.
