- 2 cups fresh strawberries, stemmed and halved (about 10 strawberries)
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla low-fat soy milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
Preparation:
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Top each serving with 1/4 cup yogurt topping. Serve immediately.
