• 2 Bananas
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 6 slices of banana bread


1. In a small bowl, stir ricotta cheese with honey.

2. Spread mixture on 6 slices of banana bread; top with banana slices.

3. Form into sandwiches; cut in half.

You can substitute low-fat cream cheese for the sweetened ricotta.
