• 2 cans (15.25 oz. each) corn kernels, drained
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Olive oil

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients. Lightly coat a large skillet with olive oil; heat to medium temperature. Pour 1/3-cup portions of corn mixture into skillet and cook 1-1/2 to 2 minutes on each side.
